Paradise Springs Assisted Living Community (PS)

Holiday Retirement’s philosophy for resident enrichment is to provide life-enriching activities and events for residents and future residents that will benefit them in every aspect of living — physically, intellectually, socially, emotionally, creatively, spiritually, and vocationally.

In order to uphold our philosophy and enhance our residents’ experience, community teams are always looking for opportunities to develop a robust volunteer program to increase the activity choices we provide for them.

Kailee Mills Foundation (KMF)

Kailee Mills Foundation is a nonprofit organization in remembrance and honor of Kailee Mills, who attended Klein Collins High School and was a member of Legacy League. This organization spreads awareness about the importance of seatbelt safety in order to reduce fatality and injury resulting from non-seat belt use. This foundation also supports families that have lost a loved one in an accident with counseling, monetary support and scholarships.

Moms Helping Moms (MHM)

Moms Helping Moms is an organization started to help children that are less fortunate in our community. MHM helps these children with clothing needs throughout the year and during Christmas, sets up a make-shift store where the parents are invited to come and shop with the help of a volunteer, or "personal-shopper." This holiday event is called the Project Hope-Christmas Store.

Nourishment for the Needy (NFN)

Nourishment for the Needy is a faith-based food pantry serving families in need in Montgomery County with food and clothing. As part of their ministry, NFN encourages those they serve to attend church as the NFN organization recognizes that people need a support group and the Word of God to sustain them through difficult times. NFN also serves to connect those they serve to their community and assist others with establishing a place to find their purpose.

Montgomery County Women's  Center (MCWC)

The Montgomery County Women's Center has been committed for many years to providing a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy and legal services to survivors of family violence, sexual assault and stalking.
